HYPOVEA was created as a natural response to real market demand. For years, through INCORPORTAS, we’ve been helping Slovak and Czech entrepreneurs in Dubai with company formation, bank account setup, and corporate advisory. While working with leading real estate agencies, we kept hearing the same question: “Is it possible to buy property in Dubai with a mortgage?”

Kristína Makovini has been living and doing business in Dubai since 2018. She built her professional foundation in Slovakia in financial audit, including experience in Big 4. In the UAE, she has long worked with Slovak and Czech clients — from structuring companies and tax setup to complex financial processes.

She is detail-oriented and focuses on setting things up to work in practice. To operate legally and professionally, she completed a specialised mortgage qualification directly in Dubai and founded HYPOVEA. In addition, she owns two other companies in Dubai, including INCORPORTAS, and leads a team of 20 employees.
